Agreement
By using MilkoApp apps (Customer, Partner, Delivery) or related APIs and websites on milkoapp.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The service
MilkoApp connects customers with nearby dairy shops for subscriptions and spot orders, and provides tools for shop owners and delivery partners to fulfill those orders.
MilkoApp is a platform. Dairy shops prepare and deliver products; we do not operate as a warehouse or national grocery retailer.
Accounts
You must provide a valid mobile number and keep access to it for OTP login. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your device PIN / biometric unlock.
Shop and delivery accounts may only be used by people authorized by the dairy. Platform admin access is invitation-only.
Orders and payments
Prices are set by the dairy. Orders may be accepted, rejected, or cancelled according to shop capacity and platform rules.
Cash on delivery and other payment methods shown in the app are between you and the dairy / delivery partner unless we state otherwise. Refunds follow the dairy’s and platform’s support process.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the apps (fraud, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering beyond applicable law, or interfering with other users’ orders).
Partner and delivery users must handle customer data only for fulfillment and support.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, or shop holidays may affect orders.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy on milkoapp.in/privacy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MilkoApp is not liable for product quality prepared by dairies, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
